The moment that Cattery CuanCats (Johan and Linda Lugthart also mentioned as seller) and the new Ragdoll kitten owners (futher mentioned as the buyer) have signed the kitten agreement and buyers have transfered the reservations deposit to Cattery Cuancats bank account, the seller will reserve this kitten specially for those buyers only. This agreement can anly be changed by approval of both parties (seller and buyer). The reservation deposit is non refundable in any form what so ever. This deposit will be used for finding new buyers (advertizing, etc.) and also to provide the kitten the best suitable health care and cat food in the extended time that the kitten will be at the seller.
